Has anyone got a Nash guitar? Are you willing to share your thoughts on it?

I play a Gibson LP and I'm considering buying another guitar, I would really like a Tele. Of course I can buy an American Standard or an American Deluxe, but I would like an 'aged' guitar and the custom shop ones cost a fortune.

My guitar teacher over here in the UK is friends with the official UK distributor for Bill Nash guitars. I have played the model I want, a T-63 and I have to admit, the thing sounded awsome with a great action. (all be it with a lot of single coil hum even with the Lollar pickups).

What's the general concencus in the US on the Nash guitars? Reviews range from 'best guitar I have ever played' to 'parts guitar'.

Never even heard of Nash guitars.

Were you aware of the Fender "Roadworn" Strats & Teles? They cost less than the Standards and from what my skilled guitarist buddies have told me are as good or better.

...so ever since then, I always hang on to the buckle.

Thanks. Yes, I've heard of road worn.
