That looks like a very nice instrument to learn classical guitar on if that is what you want as opposed to a steel string acoustic or electric guitar.

I don't know very much about classical guitar, except that my daughter got one as a present, and she doesn't like it because of the nylon strings. I guess that they're harder to tune and keep in tune than a regular guitar. That could also have been just an excuse to play my electric.

I have both, and I love playing the nylon string classical. I also haven't found it any harder to keep in tune. When I re-strung it, it would require constant tuning for several days plus. But I haven't had to tune it in a while.

Personally.....I think it was an excuse to play your electric :)

Thanks for that information Samata. I do love the sound of a classical guitar, but I was concerned about hassles with tuning them. I'll pass this information to my daughter, and encourage her to not give up on hers.

I never had trouble keeping my nylon in tune. I had a kid's size one from the age of six until recently, and it performed great. It was a lot less rough on my kid fingers than the steel, especially at that age.

F.Y.I.- I would definitely have pulled that trick if I had the opportunity to play electric
