I was at Guitar Center yesterday. I had to pick up a patch cable. Was talking to the guy behind the parts counter. We got to chatting about FX pedals vs. boards. Mentioned to him that I have a PODx3 and that I had trouble getting good rich full tones out of it.

He told me and was VERY highly speaking of guitar player/recording engineer who spent weeks doing A/B comparisons between his board and pedals and amps and was able to dial in tones in his POD Live unit. This guy has his tones available for download.

He also has a good little video where he discusses his gear. He's a Strat man.

Just thought some of you might find some useful tones. There are some I really like, some that are just not my cup of tea.
