My first 'real' amp was a Traynor Bassmaster (still think that looks like a name for a fishing boat) with a 2x12" cab. It was fierce! :eek:

I'm olde skool, so I prefer tubes, but my Ampeg G-18 10 Watt transistor amp gets as much use as my 60 Watt V-2 heads. It sounds really good!

So, try out that SS Traynor. If you don't like it, nothing lost.
