Should musician of all aptitude be download illegally music?

Would like to hear some responces on this.

Are you suggesting that once a musician reaches a certain skill level they shouldn't download music? Or that illegally downloading is ok depending on one's skill level?
...so ever since then, I always hang on to the buckle.
