I am a board member of the Piedmont Blues Preservation Society and we put on the festival each year. The weather looks like it is going to cooperate this year and even if there is a shower we have a bbbiiiiiigggggg tent to provide some shelter.
It's gonna be a great show this year - very guitar focused - with strong acts that include Matt Walsh, Debbie Davies w/ Robin Rogers, and Tinsley Ellis closing out the show. If you are considering attending you should buy tickets in advance and pick em up at Will Call for $18.00 since they will be $30.00 the day of the show. www.piedmontblues.org/tickets.aspx is the url for tickets.
