Creating music downloads

How do you create your created music downloads and start selling them on the popular sites like or similar to itunes?

Start with sending it to CD BABY. They will set you up with every major digital distributer. You pay a set up fee for each album you send, and they do the rest.

You could also try tunecore and reverbnation as well - pay them a flat fee and your album gets placed everywhere - I like reverbnation as they are now placing music into Pandora Radio and other internet radio sites. Good luck!

Tunecore is fantastic! If you do the research, there are literally hundreds of resources out there for independent artists to get their music out there digitally and physically. CD Baby is a pretty well known, and for $50 or so they will sell you your CD and send it to every major digital distributer. You also can build your own site and give them away or sell them yourself very easily as well. That way all the money goes to you!
