Anyone try mixing american and british speakers?

Has anyone ever tried mixing an american voiced speaker and a british voiced speaker? Thinking about trying the mix. An Eminence Ragin Cajun (American) and an Eminence Ramrod (British). I've looked at the specs. They are both same watts, same SPL, same size.... Seems like it could make for a great tone.
