What program for playing downloaded lessons?

Ive downloaded lessons to my harddrive and my windows xp does not what program to open it with. any suggestions?

These are .flv (flash video). In the Subscriber Downloads there is a GT Full Control player you can download.

I haven't tried a GT video on it but the GOM player has played everything else that I have thrown at it.

I haven't tried the free video player from here (GT) yet either.

VLC plays anything and its free. just google it
