which is better to learn on? acoustic or electric? i have an acoustic and it seams bulky to learn on. i fiddled around with an electric one and it seamed to fit more easily.

whatever feels more comfortable in your hands is what your most likely to use most to learn and practice on.

It's like EC said, learn on what fires you up and keeps you playing.

Do a search on the forums for this and you'll find loads of advice. You'll get both eventually I'm sure!
