Not on this guitar. ON this one, the pup is screwed directly onto the body. I may try to shim it or something.... BUT, I have grown tired of farting with retuning a floyd... However, I do need to put new strings on it. I'll put something under the pup so that I springs it up so I can adjust it I suppose.
I just find it odd that the db levels are higher on the strings that seem to get drowned out.
Could be the neck wood, could be the body wood. Hell, might just be the nature of the JB pup itself.
