Can't access the controls?

Hi all,
Why is it that the control buttons on the veiw lessons display page, such as the one to save lessons on your pc are unavailable?

Is it possible that you are looking at a song lesson?

These lessons are on songs with copywrites and can't be downloaded or printed.

Controls are available for me... PC, Vista, Firefox...
...so ever since then, I always hang on to the buckle.

I run windows xp pro, but it worked fine until a feww days ago.

I've had this happen occasionally. It seems to be a random occurrence. When it does happen it tends to shift the video image; hiding the controls and eliminating a portion of the right side of the video........mac OSX

I would love to give a screen grab, but you'll have to instruct me how to.

Thanks all for the support. Just figured out that it was my browser zoom settings. lol.
Think of all the torture it put me through, not to mention your concern and/or your effort in trying to help me solve the problem.
