Just saw the YouTube video for Steve Vai and Orianthi. WOW that girl can play! I've never even heard of her till now. Michael should have kicked off sooner if that's what brought her out from under his shadow.

Very good stuff. This is something I will get my daughter to listen to and hope she likes it. That video with Vai is really good.

Got the album. Its a little more pop than I had hoped for but but still decent. Like someone else said, I presented her to my 10 year old daughter who seems to really like it. After watching the youtube stuff, I expected more Santana influence.

Either way, I think her future is very bright - in case the opinion of the arm-chair music critic means anything.
