Cannot playback downloaded Video Lesson

I downloaded a lesson but I cannot play it back. My computer does not not seem to have the required software to play bac the downloaded video. Do I need a specific sofware to play back downloaded video lessons.

The video lessons are Flash format files. You can play them back with any standard standalson Flash player. Or you can use the free one GT offers here:
