You might get a better response it you list your music interest.
Try starting a new thread.. Maybe with a title like "Looking for Jam session people in the Jersey area".

Also, put out adds on Craigs List that you are looking for other musicians in your area. This can open the door to some interesting results, so be selective. I have found that with time you can really find some great musicians through Craigst List and other online mediums that you otherwise might not ever find.
