Download speed.

Can someone explain to me why it takes so long for the video lessons to downoad on this site. I don't have a problem with sites like youtube and such and if I can't find a remedy for this I'm afraid I'll have to bail. I don't want to, I have been full access for over a year and have only scratched the surface as to what is available but it's just too slow I can't use it. Anybody? D.J.
