Anyone know if it's possible to play an acoustic electric through a home stereo or entertainment system? I'm not looking for a lot of volume, just trying to get a bit more out of a thinline until I decide whether I want to spring for an amp or not. Thanks

Hi, Ed... Did you forget this post? :)

Basically you can if you are lucky and get an impedance match.
...so ever since then, I always hang on to the buckle.

Even if the impedance match isn't quite right, you can adapt your cable to feed into the Auxilliary input. It won't sound pretty, but it will give you good volume.
