Behringer Blue Devil

I'm thinking about getting this amp. Does anyone have or played this amp? I've played it once at guitar center and it sounded great. What do you think of this amp? Is it worth $230?

I've heard it once at the local shop, and I thought it sounded pretty decent.
And generally, Behringer makes excellent gear for the price.
