I am a BRAND new guitar player (well learner) i looked all aroundfor lessons on the internet, free, pay etc. i am realyl glad i found this one. I jsut started last night. I practiced for 3 hours, and when i finished my last lesson for the night i was able to play "jingle bells" without following along with the notes on the screen. i was AMAZED and so proud of myself for learning that. (i know i know, its JUST jingle bells, but for someone who Just picked up a guitar yesterday, i was happy)

i got a used Vantage Electric guitar. with a starter amp. I really like it. I did not spend much so i am happy. I cant wait to get home tonight and practice (and toughen up my fingers, man they hurt!)

anyway, glad to be here, i love this site....

Welcome to the site and congrats on your first song! I have a Vantage acoustic that is now about 25+ years old. It's been through a lot and has stood up well, so I hope your electric has a similar 'spirit'. :)

Good luck!
...so ever since then, I always hang on to the buckle.

hi, Thanks!

Yeah, its nice, the bottem is scratched bad, where they never used a stand but other then that is is ok. But, the only issue i have had, is when i move the cord around i get some major buzzin in my amp. ITs a new cord, wonder if it is a bad cord?

THanks for the reply...

If you had another cord to compare, you could know for sure. Otherwise, it sounds like a bad ground on the input jack. If you are handy with a soldering iron, you can pull the jack and fix it up.
