One of the key things to remember about GT is the level of credibility that the sight possesses. All of the teachers on this site are world class players whom play all over the globe, performing on every major network, having their tracks heard around the world, etc. This is not simply a collection of guitar teachers; this is a collection of professionals whom are working in the real world in about every style you can possibly think of, again playing all over the world. That alone far exceeds the cost of membership.

As far as the blues, the site has just launched it's Blues Level 2 course that is about as credible as it gets. Anders Mouridsen does a great job of giving you all the hidden gems behind the blues and a wealth of great information about the style and it's players. If that is a little above where you are at, you can still learn something from it. You can also check out Blues Level 1, which has a wealth of great ways to incorporate Blues into the playing of any beginner. The site is also adding much more to that section of the site, so get ready for even more blues insight.

Best of luck in your decision and I can assure you can't go wrong with this site, especially for the price.
