Which Chords are These?

Sorry if this is not the correct place to ask this question, but: as a beginner, I'm trying to play some simple songs. One that I really like sounds like it's only made up of 3 chords. I was wondering if someone would be able to help me decipher what the chords are - and probably what frets on which strings I need to hit for the chords (i.e. Tabs):

After short listening: basically, it's

Bb (B flat major)
Am (A minor)
F (F major)

F major is the key. Quite regular chords, but Bb and F not to be played easily for a beginner. You can transpose the song into C major, thus, use the chords

F (F major)
Em (E minor)
C (C major)

This will be easier to play; use only the 4 higher strings for the F chord.
