2 things please for beginner guitarist

Hi there, I need a link to a site that shows correct posture that is quite easy to understand.

also some tips on speeding up chord changes, what I am finding is free hand its ok about half a second gap, as soon as a moderate speed click track is added it all goes to pot!

Have you gone thru the fundamental courses (GF1 & GF2)? Pretty sure both of those issues are covered.
