Unable to download lessons

When I click the icon to download any lesson video I get an error message:

"Malformed request error 2. This url can not be resolved. You followed a bad link. Please report this error to webmaster."

fixed! sorry about that.

I click the download arrow on the lesson. I don't get any options of where I want to save the file. It automatically starts downloading "downloadgenerator.php from www.webtrick.com" to a temp folder. Then when it is complete, my RealPlayer launches and attempts to play the video. I quit out of it. I attempt to find the video using the guitar tricks video player but my temp folder doesn't pop up as an option.
How do I get to the videos once they've downloaded?

I uninstalled Real Player and then I got the prompt asking where I wanted to save the downloaded file. However, if you want to see if the problem still exists with Real Player, my OS is XP SP3 and browser is IE8.
