Which Effect (or combinaton of effects) is This?

I am talking about the lead guitar in the song "Breakdown" by Daughtry. I would like to know what effect is being used on the lead ELECTRIC guitar (not acoustic) during the verse, not the Chorus. It kind of sounds like there is a delay/reverb but I AM DYING TO KNOW!!!

It sounds really cool whatever it is, I can't pinpoint it exactly. It's probably a combinations of effects they got in the studio but it does sound like some kind of modulation effect.

Hard to know but I was thinking some mixture of a chorus, tremolo or leslie cab sim but it was in there pretty subtly and hard to make out.
