So, I'm selling / sold my Peavy Valveking. It's a 100w head/cab.
It's got ballz for sure. I love it. However, it just sits and collects dust.

I'm going to instead, take some of that money and put it back into my vintage Solid State 1969 Kustom tuck and roll amp. It was my grandfathers who passed it and his old Mosrite down to me. This is an old school analog amp. Nothing digital in it at all, thus is doesn't have a digitial sound to it.

So far I've installed a master volume control between the pre-amps and power amp. Just ordered some new Eminence Ragin Cajun drivers and two new replacement transformer noise filter caps. Next, I'm planning on replacing all the electrolytic caps. I've heard that electrolytic caps do degenerate over the years, so, sounds like a perfect place to bring things back up to snuff.

I'll also be installing aheadphone jack.
