Can someone please help me with my Jam station?

The Jam station in the tools section is being very irritating at this moment, It loads quickly but after it says its done I see :

- The play button
- A blank selection menu
- One or two blank highlighted squares ( hard too see because they are highlighted with white... the difference to the background is very mild)

It just doesn't work, does it have any requirements? like a new kind of flash player or something?
in that case, what versions do i need?

We have had isolated reports of this trouble, but have never been able to duplicate the problem (which is the first step in a fix).

What is your browser, browser version, and OS?

Generally, we have found in the past that it was browser related, so you might try a different browser.

But please let us know so we can continue to try to figure it out.
