I played in several bands in the 70's, got married and had a family, and played very little for about 20 years. I decided about 3 years ago to pick it up again. I'm 49 now and the main thing I have noticed is that it just takes longer to learn new stuff than it did in my teens. Its still just as fun though and there's always something to challenge me. It's my favorite hobby and number 1 stress reliever
