I've never played Diablo II on Battlenet. I don't like it cause you have to make a special online character and spend all this time building him up. It's a pain, and then you end up getting blown away by some level 60 character and losing all your stuff.

When the first Diablo came out I used to play it all the time on BNET. I was in a clan and all that good stuff. We'd form teams and ambush people, and steal their stuff.

*Sigh* . . . those were the good old days.

Maybe we can try open BNET sometime. I think you can use your local characters.
