OK, here we go with a 1 day sample for a 2.5 hour routine :

monday

warmups 15 minutes. Chromatic exercises ( 3 exercises x 5 minutes ) metronome required
Pentatonic scales : 4 exercises, 5 minutes each. 2 in position, 2 mixing shapes. Use metronome.
Chords & sequences : Learn how to construct chord progressions from new chords you just learned. ( 20 minutes : 10 minutes with new chords, 10 minutes applying them in a progression )
Expressiveness : bends : work on bending accuracy. Use a tuner. ( 10 minutes )

15 minute break

Major scale modes. Pick one mode and apply 4 different exercises for 5 minutes each. Use a metronome.
Left Hand Vibrato : practice for 10 minutes.
Rhythm : Time pyramid : learn to play time divisions steadily for 8 measures each to a metronome. 10 minutes. Prepare 2 written measures of any division of your choice ( say triplets ) and erase notes randomly. Play that for 10 minutes to a metronome.
Song study : Pick a song you want to learn and practice the next 2 measures you must learn for 20 minutes.

That's just for 1 day and it doesn't include ear training, harmony, improvisation among other things... So use that as a template and go from there.

Here it is folks, this is what Chris Martin wrote. So don't give me the credit :)
