DAW... That's basically your computer, right? Your Digital Audio Workstation, comprised of h/w, and s/w, including Reaper in this case?

I was referring to an actual switch on my pedal. Mine also runs via USB to the computer, 2 channels up & 2 down for stereo, etc. But there is also a push-button switch there, marked Mixer/Amp. It adjusts something about the output to make it more compatible with recording devices versus amplification devices.

In my documentation it recommends using the mixer setting for headphone use as well, so I've heard directly with my own ears there is a difference.

Oh well, I guess I can't make your box have a switch on it. :)

I'm trying to find a link I had and lost... It was like a Reaper Wiki. Was the best thing I'd found, but all I get now searching is a wikipedia entry =P If I get lucky, I'll post it.
