You can learn lots in 4 months. I don't know if that's an answerable question over the 'net, to be honest. It depends on your natural ability to take to the instrument. At this point, only you will know that.

I think under any circumstances, you might be able to pull off a song or two but it takes real time, even if it comes naturally, to really have the confident and natural feel.
