Not sure about the lessons since I'm not a full member, but hammer on's and pull off's are pretty easy. Its basically just like they sound, you hit a note, then push down with another finger for hammer ones. Or hit a not and pull the finger off the string for a pull off. Im sure there are lessons somewhere.
