Hey guys my dad used to have a fender strat 40th anniversary and i found it weeeeeeee its a beauty, so i asked my dad what was the problem and after we saw the guitar i found that the fretboard have some like holes for lot of use and the frets as well they have like holes where the string pass there and lost the tune.

so my question here is, it is save to send it to a shop and change the fretbord and frets and calibrate the guitar or its not a good idea?

Whats is the problem if i leave the strat the way it is and just calibrate it?
