Not sure if this makes the most sense, but I have a mahogany Gibson Les Paul, and it seems smaller thant some guitars, i don't have a guitar shop next close by so i haven't been able to go look around, but is there any electrics out there, that have a bit wider neck than normal or something so that the strings are spaced further apart? mine are way too close on so many things I am trying to do, I find it impossible to not overlap with just basic chords sometimes.

Kgemini, kinda weird since you don't have a store nearby. I'd tell you from my experience, being 6'2", 190, that a LP has felt a bit "tiny" in my hands too. Perhaps big guys are a rarity in guitar, I'm not sure. I can tell you that older ES Gibsons felt a bit larger in my bear paws when compared to an LP. Also, my current fav, the Taylor T5, felt very comfortable. I can only guess that the new Taylor T3 might too. In the end I truly think you're gonna need to try it for size, kinda like a pair of shoes. Good luck!
