newbie question

good evening everyone,
i was just wondering if anybody else has encountered this issue,if so what has been done to eliviate:

I just started the beginner lessons but i seem to run into a problem where the lesson i am watching will stop in the middle and it seems as though it is loading but it will sit idle for quite a long time.
At first i thought it was my laptop but it is also doing it on my desktop.
I dont think its my internet connection as i am able to do other things without any issue.

When you hit play on a lesson, once the video starts playing, immediately pause it right after, which will cause the video to buffer into your computer memory instead of streaming. Let it load completely and then unpause it, and see if that helps.
