Howdy
Hey everybody! Just joined up today, this place looks phenomenal. Looking forward to making some progress using the great tools I see. Been 'playing' for a little over a year now, this time. Picked up my first guitar some 30 years ago and have been back and forth with it for decades now. I still consider myself a 'beginner' of sorts and am looking forward to moving past that stage this time. I'm 43 years old and determined to master this instrument, this time around. I was classically trained on piano for over eight years when I was a child and still play the keys. I own two guitars, a Washburn acoustic/elec and a Jay Turser LP.. Glad to be here.

Hi Schmidtrock,
Well, I guess you answered my question. I just replied to your post on the "Beginner at 66" thread with a question - but you pretty much answered it here.
So here's another one:
What style(s) of guitar music do you want to pursue?
Welcome! Let us know how we can help.
