Oh the shame...

Hello I just joined your site my name is deadwrong i have been playing guitar for about 3 years without a direction at all. So i finally decided to get some kind of formal training i just blew through both of the fundamentals section but where do i go from there. I want to get into thrash metal and rock such as iron maiden and Judas priest. What made me decide to get formal training was i was defeated horribly by a technique called pinch harmonics. :( So well here i am and by the OH the shame....

Don't let the pinch harmonics get you down!! lol.. If you've finished both fundamentals, move on to the rock course, that's the next logical step. Then as you go along, check out the 'Metal' course under 'Lessons' and you've got a slew of material to pick from. They may be easier for you after you've got some more playing/technique under your belt, they're really a feel thing that just kind of happen after you keep trying, like learning to whistle.

Thank you but after wandering around for a few years and watch some of peers pass me in skill i said maybe it is time for a little direction thanks for the encouragement. :)
