can you find this for me?

Hey everybody!
Can any of you maybe find an illustration or something of the fretboard, with all the note names of the entire 22 frets on all the 6 strings.
I have a really hard time learning where the notes are placed, even though i have played some time. Maybe i would be able to see it a little clearer, if i could see the patterns?

I found a few by doing a google image search for 'notes of the fretboard'. Try doing that and have a look at what it returns to see what works for you.

Only goes up to 16 but you can probably figure out the repetition from there.
