METAL solo'g on DONS page

hi there, I have been having a look at DONS lessons but all seen to quick for my hands I have learnt the Aeolian scale and pentatonic scale but seems way yo fast picking up any of the lessons I see here, is there any metal lessons you could reccomend for intermeditate level thanks
