Freezing with Flash Player 10?

Anyone having issues with video freezing using Adobe Flash Player 10? The video on my laptop frequently freezes but the audio doesn't skip. I don't have this problem on my desktop PC that uses Flash 9.

I'm not running any other programs and my laptop performance is not showing any unusual processes or processor spikes. I'm running a HP G60 laptop 2.0GHz with 4GB ram with Vista.

I don't have any other playback problems on other sites, such as YouTube.

Anyone else having issues with Flash Player 10?

Running version 10 with no problems here. I'm on a 2.13ghz Desktop but running XP. Might be a Vista problem? Does it recognize the .flv file types and have a program associated?

(Assuming Vista does that; I do not know Vista at all.)
