The Rolling Stones, gemme shelter,what harp (key) are they using? The song is in c# ,what i usually do does not work. Stumped , Blackjack

most harp in this style of music is in second position, easy way to figure a key for harp is if you know what lkey the song is in count 4 up in harp including that key. Song key A would be harp D (cross harp) Song in B would be E ect..., sharps and flats not quite that clear and simple. In my harp case I have every key including all 12 harps..if you have cd to match and find the key use it as oppposed to an MP3 I dont trust mp3 commpresion to hold notes true.

I'm not sure exactly what your question means so I hope I'm not on a tangent. Correct me if I'm wrong but isn't this song famous for not actually being in one key?

That explains the song. Basically half of it is in C#, the rest is in C#minor.
