ibanez IJS40 upgrade?

hey i've got the guitar from the ibanez IJS40 starter pack, and it is very old and I am trying to fix it up. I've re-painted it, and now I am just looking for new pickups or whatever that will fit it an work.

I can't find anything on what is best to use. Anyone have any ideas or suggestions?
