Blues Scale

To my understanding, the following is a legitimate 12 bar blues sequence:

It sounds right, but I can't seem to find a blues scale which would match up to the notes that are being played. It's probably easier than I am making it, but I'm not sure how to solo over it without knowing for sure which scale to use.

Sorry about the way this tab came out, by the way. Not sure how I screwed that up.

Well, the first line would be E minor blues scale

Not sure about the second line
if you always take the lazy route
