Leather collar instead of strap button

What you guys think about Martin Guitar Strap Button? Instead of drill a hole in my acoustic guitar I think I'll use it. Give me your opinion in a pratical point of view.

That is what I ended up getting. In the end I decided I didn't want to drill into the guitar especially with an easy alternative (not to mention cheap). I have the same exact one.
