Sweeping
Is there any quick and easy way to learn good sweeping techniques? Usually things come pretty quick to me, but not this...

Alos, if you are finding the hammer on/off element of sweeping difficult for a given arpeggio you can also replace the hammer on/off with a slide up and down from the note. I've started doing that a lot lately, it gives a different feel to the swept arp and sounds very nice too - a little tip that could come in handy if you have small hands or just want to experiment with different techniques and sounds.

The right hand is so important with the technique as well. I often point that out to my students that I'm teaching the technique to. Their left hand starts to get the arpeggio fingering down, but they break the "sweep" on their right hand by individually picking each note, which ruins the effect.
