Hi,
I was looking through some of the free video lessons and I realised that i can download the video to my hard drive. This would be really helpfull so I could go back to the lesson whenever I wanted. The problem is that my laptop tells me that it is an unknown file format so it could not play the video. If possible could someone tell me what program I need to run the vids from my hard drive. Thanks
C.

You need an FLV video player.

Full access members can download our own GT video player but there are others available on the internet. I think the VLC video player supports FLV's but I'm not sure. Riva has one also has a flv player.

You can just google FLV video player's and you shouldn't have much trouble finding one.
