links for pages removed from toolbar

For several years we have received a lot of new member complaints that the site was sort of overwhelming and there were too many choices.

So in this redesign, we have removed some pages. I notice some people are looking for them, so I thought to post a link here.

We want to find a way to make things simple for the new user, and quick for the experience user.

We'll be reading all the feedback and making changes to make sure everybody gets what they are looking for.

For now, any lesson filtering/sorting arrangement you used to find is available at the new advanced search.

We'll be looking into a way to roll that back into the main lessons listing without making things too complicated for new users.
