Hey Everybody!
I am new to this forum and would like to introduce myself. My name is Michael and I have been playing guitar for over 16 years. I recently started teaching guitar lessons. I love Metal, Hard Rock, Blues, Instrumental and Progressive Guitar. My guitar hero's are Dave Mustaine, Marty Friedman, James Hetfield, Kerry King, Tom Hess, Jimi Hendrix, Stevie Ray Vaughn, Dan Keller, Rusty Cooley, and many many more! I'm glad to be here and look forward to meeting the rest of you! :)

Good axe slingers all, not many people know Dan Keller - I love his Electric Storm cd, great use of rare exotic scales. If you like Keller and MArty Friedman then make sure you check out Jason BEcker - he was in a band with Friedman years back called Cacophony, MF has often cited him as the most gifted guitarist he has ever known (in a similar league to Shawn Lane). Check out his Shrapnel album 'Perpetual Burn' (one of my faves of all time). Wecome to the boards!
