I am very strapped for cash now, but I was thinking about doing a layaway thing. I want to aim for a higher class of guitar definitely, something with an action that isn't terribly high, with a fast neck of course...don't know about pickups or anything yet, but I'd definitely want something heavy, as of course I am predominantly a metal guitarist. I am looking at anything from 250-600 dollars.
