There are structured courses, but I'm pretty sure you have to be a full access member.

I think that one of the areas that we vary from the others is that you can actually communicate with the instructors posting the lessons. We are new to the high def thing, and eventhough we have lessons to reshoot we will still take the time to respond.

I would pick us over the competition because of personal interaction, and we also have more to offer covering more genres. We all care about what we're teaching, and are not just after a quick buck. Most of the lessons I have viewed from competitors, the video looks great, but they are not accurate with strumming techniques. A lot of them don't show any technique, and those that do are often sloppy with their playing. They only give you the basics, but there's more to it than that.

Here at GT, if we tell you to block a string, we also tell you why you need to. If you learn this stuff from the beginning then you don't have to go back and reteach yourself, how to block an unwanted note to make the chord sound right. Everyone here is working really hard to make things better, and easier for the user to accomplish what they want to do. If you have more questions don't hesitate to ask, and I hope you'll join us as a full access member. Try it for a couple of months, and if you don't think that we have more to offer cancel your full accesss membership.

You can learn alot here, if you hang in there with us.
